As Director of Operations, Mary leads the firm’s day-to-day operations and administrative functions, with a strong focus on regulatory compliance, operational integrity, and client service excellence. With more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, she has held a variety of leadership and operational roles, developing a deep and practical understanding of the business. Her expertise lies in designing and implementing systems that support seamless, effective service and ensuring clients experience the highest standard of care.
Mary earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Clemson University. Originally from Connecticut, she now resides in Freeport, Maine with her four children. Outside of the office, she enjoys exploring the natural beauty of New England and is most often found on the sidelines, proudly cheering on her children in their many activities.
